The following requirements – conditions of entry – apply to each specific Format as appropriate. Images that do not conform to these requirements ( as well as to any Divisional, Manipulation or General Format requirements) may be rejected by the Competition Chair for entry into Competition.

- Digital images should be submitted in jpeg format. The longest dimension of the image should not exceed 1024 pixels including any borders used to surround the image.
- Digital entries must be received no later than three days prior to the date of the competition via the member's home page (accessible via the For Members Only button on the club Home Page).
